Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla or chai protein powder
1–2 teaspoons beetroot powder, pink pitaya powder, or sakura powder
100 ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
1. Add the frozen banana, protein powder, pink superfood powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie, or extra almond milk for a thinner consistency, then blend again.
4. Pour into a serving glass.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use a frozen ripe banana for the creamiest texture.
Pink pitaya provides the brightest pink color and mild tropical flavor.
Beetroot powder adds earthy sweetness and natural nitrates.
Sakura powder creates a delicate floral taste.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before serving.
