A tall glass of Lychee Lime Fizz Mocktail with fresh lychees, mint leaves, and sparkling bubbles, served over ice

Lychee Lime Fizz Mocktail

The Lychee Lime Fizz Mocktail is a refreshing summer drink with tropical lychee sweetness, zesty lime, and sparkling bubbles. Perfect for warm days and gatherings.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large lychees, fresh or canned (reserve syrup if canned)
  • 2 oz lychee syrup
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Calamansi-flavored sparkling water (or plain soda water)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Whole lychees (for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lychees with lychee syrup until fragrant and juicy.

2. Add cold water and fresh lime juice, stirring gently to blend.

3. Fill the shaker with ice, seal, and shake for 10–15 seconds.

4. Strain into two highball glasses filled with fresh ice.

5. Top with calamansi-flavored sparkling water or plain soda water.

6. Garnish with whole lychees and fresh mint leaves, then serve immediately.

Notes

Chill your glasses for a colder, more refreshing drink.

Add the sparkling water last to preserve fizz.

Use large ice cubes to keep the drink cold without watering it down.

Try flavored sparkling waters like grapefruit or lemon-lime for a twist.
