Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
2. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger together to create the sticky glaze.
3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
5. Add the broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
6. Pour the sticky glaze over the chicken and vegetables, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
7. Serve over the cooked brown rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in the glaze for 30 minutes for even more flavor.
Swap broccoli or peppers with your favorite vegetables.
