Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 lemon, thinly sliced

½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

¼ cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)

2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

Ice cubes, as needed

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine blueberries, lemon slices, and lemon juice.

Pour in the white wine and orange liqueur. Stir gently.

Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to infuse.

Before serving, stir in sparkling water or soda.

Fill glasses with ice, pour sangria, and spoon in some fruit.

Garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

Use soda for a sweeter finish, or sparkling water for a lighter flavor.

Can be made up to 24 hours ahead (add soda just before serving).

Add strawberries or raspberries for more fruit variety.

For a non-alcoholic version, use white grape juice and omit liqueur.
